![]() ![]() They need to address their staffing issues on busy days or do a buffet breakfast at weekends!! I would however recommend this hotel and I am sure we will return in due course. It was sent back with many apologies from the staff. As a result on a Sunday morning we waited a total of 50 mins for a cold breakfast to arrive. The breakfast serving was limited but very good however be aware the small dining area can get very busy at weekends when there are wedding guests particularly ones that want room service as they appeared to get priority in the kitchen. The reception staff, dining staff and the manager of the hotel were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. ( we had started in another room but the bathroom was flooded during the night thanks to another guest so the night manager moved us temporarily). The room we ended up with on the 5 th floor was great very large and comfortable king bed and very big bathroom. It was great to have the car under cover as we certainly had snow when we were there. Naperville, IL-Guests and local residents alike will experience a uniquely local flavor when the Hotel Indigo Naperville Riverwalk opens later this fall at. The parking was a little confusing as the hotel entrance appeared to be on the ground level but the actual car park is around the back with its main entrance to reception off it on the second floor. The hotel is located in downtown Naperville were our son has just moved to. Visited here for the first time last month. Again, we really enjoyed our stay here an would plan to stay again when we are in the area. We were there two nights and it wasnt done the entire stay. Hallways: This is my only stay was excellent and the only thing I can complain about is that the hallways needed vacuuming in a bad way. Keurig style coffee maker in the room was nice. Liked the "barn style" door to the bathroom. how long you hold your key to the sensor varied every time we used it.but it worked. If you are going up, you need to use your access key in the elevator. Elevator: This was slightly confusing at first. If you dont have a riverview, then you dont cross over. This can only be done from the second/main reception floor. If you have a Riverview, you have to cross the overpass on the second floor to access your room. ![]() Room location: Some reviews have commented the hotels room locations are confusing. Staff and checkin/checkout: Staff was very friendly and informative. You will need to go to the second floor and enter there. As noted else where, there is no hotel access from any other door in the parking garage. If you remember that, its pretty easy to navigate. Just remember, you will need to access the hotel lobby from the 2nd floor at the "main entrance". It is nice to see a real time sign that indicates how many open spots are available. Parking: It is "slightly" confusing, but not as bad as some of the reviews. ![]() Looking forward to staying again when the weather is warmer. It is extremely convenient for walking around downtown Naperville. Location: PERFECT! We had a great view of the river. Agreed with most of what was said.we really enjoyed our stay.
